We were pleasantly surprised with our choice in Playa del Ingles! The value for money was, for the amount we paid, super! We got a very modern and clean hotel just in the heart of the centre across Yumbo center and only a short walk away from the beaches. The patio was large, windows opening to the pool and something to look at even. At night the room was quiet and we had a very lovely sleep. The breakfast had a superwide selection, there wasn´t a thing we missed! Many fruits, smoothies, hot meals etc we did not see in the other hotels!

Everything was just amazing, Staff at check in/out ( Dayana, Carmen...) were super friendly and nice, housekeeping department was doing exceptional job and Sky bar staff (Raico, Cristian, Xavier, Luis, Jose, Ester and Carmelo..) were amazing as well! All the best to be said about every member of staff of the hotel !!! Keep up the great work!

I have one of the best holidays in this hotel. It is not located in the ocean side, however there were daily free transfers to Playa del Inglés and Charca de Maspalomas. The suite was spacious with a big bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony (table, chairs and sunbeds). There was a separate pool and dining area with Royal Level guests. Food was exquisite and a wide range so everyone is able to choose. The staff at the restaurant is simply amazing. I would recommend the place 100% and happy to go back in the future.

    The location of the apartment was perfect. Seconds to the beach. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Only thing is the steep road to the apartment but it wasn’t too long. Which wasn’t too bad.

    Easy access to bars /restaurants/beach. Walking distance to everything you need. Sand dunes were amazing & a must if you want some great pictures. Some great wee local bars so no need to go to the big commercial centres if that's not your thing.

    Love Playa del Ingles, have been going here for about 25 years. If you want nightlife it is all there with plenty of restaurants and bars. If you just want a quiet holiday it is perfect for that too. The vibe of PDI is so relaxed and open with an International crowd.

    In July the water temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius.

    In July the water temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The sand was soft with traces of black in it. The best part was that we had no algee in th water like we had in Tenerife for example. That water was really clean and some waves (~1m) were also present from time to time. There was no shade except for some trees. Also, the foot showers worked well. We did not like the over 100 stairs we had to climb :)

    It's a busy tourist resort.

    It's a busy tourist resort. We stayed on the edge of it, which suited us. Easy to see the sunrise from the beach in the morning. All the meals we had were good, but we researched Google reviews in advance. I would recommend car hire and using Playa del Ingles as a base to explore the island.

    Atlantic beach club apartments had the best views ever and was the best location. Right on the beach with shopping malls at your doorstep. Annexo II was always very lively with live music at various bars every night and lots of choice for places to eat and drink. The Tipsy Hammock was my favorite. Also bus stop very close for your days trips. We went to Palmitos park and Aqualand. But I’ve heard puerto de Mogan would be great to visit too. We left that for next time we come back. There are so many things to see and do that we have to go back. Also the famous Yumbo Center was only a 10 minute stroll from our apartment. Our apartment had very helpful and friendly staff.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, fabulous hotel close to all the amenities, beach a short walk, as is the main town area...plenty of public transport that is prompt and clean.. My husband is gluten intolerant and catering staff went above and beyond to cater for his dietary needs...Gran Canaria is a beautiful island and this hotel is well worth a visit if your thinking of visiting ☺️

    Very big old hotel middle of Playa del Ingles city center. Short way to beach and strand way. Room was comfortable, big and new style. From balcony sea and city view up level room. Lot of program of pool. Music stop early evening. Quiet location. Good and variety buffet food. And Cava at breakfest.

    The hotel is equipped with the kitchen, toaster, coffee machine and some utensils for cooking. Super nice located with the sea and beach view of playa del ingles, literally one minute to the beach. There is also a jacuzzi and a swimming pool that we liked. The personnel is really nice at the hotel!

    The hotel is at a great location between the Yumbo Center and Playa del Ingles. It was very tranquil when I was there outside of pool hours, and even during pool hours early and late in the day. My room, which was very spacious, was on the second floor with the balcony facing the pool.
