Nice clean hotel, nice pool area, ideal for lounging in the sun. It was a quieter period to visit but staff were friendly and attentive. Great location and an easy walk into the town for the evening. Really nice breakfast, could not fault the place one bit, will definitely stay again.

The house is perfect for families and groups of 4-7. Everything you could need is in walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc). The communication with the owner and the company that manages the house was super easy and accommodating.

I loved how clean it was. I had everything I needed for cooking at home. The court yard was a great feature. The place is very tastefully decorated. The location is wonderful. Just 5 minute walk to the port.

    Very good place to leave to be close to the best beaches of the island and to main attractions (caves of Hams and Drach, dinosaurland). Easy access to Northern villages such as Alcudia which is a must visit, or southwest to Santanyi where there is a beautiful local market.

    Porto cristo is beautiful and very clean. They take care of the streets and pavements. Great atmosphere with table and chairs outside to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Plenty of locals, and it has a friendly vibe

    A really nice town with a lovely big harbour and good beach. Plenty of restaurants of all kinds, and bar. Nice shopping area. Not particularly lively, more suited to young families and older visitors.

    I really loved Porto Cristo.

    I really loved Porto Cristo. The town is not too busy or not too quiet. There is a good balance between locals and tourists and you get aa great diversity of people set in a Spanish culture. It is an hour and a half's bus ride away from Palma de Majorca which is not bad. The beaches in the surrounding area is beautiful and the stores and restaurants are lovely as well.

    Really nice harbour town.

    Really nice harbour town. Nice selection of bars / restaurants although sometimes difficult to get a seat at peak times - advise booking in the town centre. This is a very relaxed kind of place - great for chilling / beach days or pool days and a bit of sight seeing. However, it is quiet - there are no lively music bars or clubs. If you want a lively place best go to a bigger town.

    Porto Cristo was disappointing although looking at first...

    Porto Cristo was disappointing although looking at first glance idyllic, there was very little to see and do. A visit to the Caves of Drach were unbelievable, so magical and the tour was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

    The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and there was just the right number of guests to make it feel busy but not crowded. We had an issue with our room and they quickly sorted it for us and upgraded us at no extra charge. It made the holiday - thank you. The best bit for me was being able to go swimming at 7.30am with no one around. It was bliss.

    The hotel and facilities far exceeded our expectations. The hotel decor was sublime and the pool and outside dining area were so tranquil. We were able to totally switch off and often were the only people by the pool. The food was fresh, healthy and simple and we loved everything about our stay. We will definitely return.

    Great location if you're looking for a quiet area that's still close enough to walk to the beach and all the restaurants in Porto Cristo. It's also just a few steps away from the caves of Drach which we loved. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms very always clean and the beds were very comfortable.

    Our stay in Vista Alegre was absolutely superb. The apartments are very smart and well equipped, the pool area is excellent and the bar is also very good indeed. Porto Cristo and the surrounding area is a good base and we are hoping to visit again and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.
