The location of Casita Martina is incredible, literally 10m from the sea. It faces SE so gets the sun all day in the winter and is sheltered from north winds. The apartment is spotless and well equipped. There is a natural swimming pool about 200 yards away and a sandy beach a mile away in Arrietta. I had an amazing holiday here and have rebooked for next year.

This is not a tourist hotspot (thankfully!!) Very laid back atmosphere. Natural pools are excellent, but tide dependant. Not many places to eat in the evening (but our stay was during the May holidays when many business shut down). Near all the Northern highlights of Lanzarote.

This is a very small and quiet village, so a perfect location for those wanting peace and quiet. At the same time is not completely "in the middle of nowhere" and there is a very good supermarket (the Minimarket Punta Mujeres) and very good restaurants. Arrieta is about 25 minutes walk and there is a very good selection of restaurants too.

Avoid the busy and soulless big resorts, choose instead the charming and quiet Punta Mujeres. Yes, there are just a few bars and restaurants, but Lanzarote is small and any place could be reached in half an hour or less. Enjoy a stroll by the sea to the nearby Arrieta and the stunning La Garita beach.

Great place to spend your holiday and to get intresting experiences about Lanzarote. There are several really good restaurants with delicious food. If you are interested in Cesar Manrique Punta Mujeres is the best place to start your excursions.

It would be easy to stay in Punta de Mujeres without...

It would be easy to stay in Punta de Mujeres without exploring anymore of Lanzarote. We hired a car but the bus service seemed excellent. It’s quite close to the ferry which takes you to La Graciosa and very close to Jameos del Agua and Cuevas de los Verdes - in fact it’s a lovely walk there along the coast. The lovely little town of Arrietia also within quite easy walking distance. It’s a very calm and peaceful area. There’s a wonderful little bar in the centre of Punta de Mujeres where it seems you only get a a table if you book in advance.

Lovely property close to all amenities and with everything you need. Our host also had fresh water, coffee and a bottle of wine in the apartment for us arriving! Great communication when the electricity supply went off, we weren’t home anyway & it was fixed before we got back so we would never have noticed anyway. Ideal for walking to all local restaurants and beaches, and for exploring further afield.

It was a wonderful experience. Spacious and clean apartments. There is a special atmosphere. Beautiful and polite owner of the apartments Marysol. Incredible views, warm sea, cozy restaurants and cafes. We had a late flight and could leave the room later. Thank you for the opportunity to feel the spirit of the miracle of the island of Lanzarote

The position was awesome. Just in front of the sea. You can find restaurants and a small market at a walking distance. Plenty of parking (both private and public). Kitchen fully equipped, lot of space. If you travel in 4 or for a long time it is perfect, just remember to buy some groceries.
