Very beautiful hotel with a perfect roof top swimming pool and bar in the centre of Santa Cruz. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, the breakfast is delicious. Wonderful location; easy walking distance to the whole town, but very quiet with no cars and only a few trams. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including the lovely cleaning ladies. The breakfast was excellent with everything you could want. A bonus was that the breakfast room was pleasant and not crowded. The room was very spacious and comfortable , nice bed, all spotlessly clean. Air con if needed. Good big bathroom with brilliant strong shower, nice big towels. Very nice bar upstairs with fabulous roof terrace overlooking the harbour.

Friendly staff. We stayed in a junior suite at the top floor with a balcony. The room was spacious and the double bed very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool. The breakfast was excellent, many options. The hotel is at a few steps from the beautiful Parque García Sanabria. There is a busstop (Mencey) in front of the hotel.
