A very quiet village. Great hotel, quirky in a good way.
A very quiet village. Great hotel, quirky in a good way. Food was excellent. Local bar was good. Lovely river 2 mins away......perfect spot for a quiet stop over. Hotel does lots of spa/massage things (we dint try, bikers on holiday) but if your into that stay a few days and chill out! A lovely little village situated near the river Pisuerga...
A lovely little village situated near the river Pisuerga surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great for relaxing at the picnic area next to the river, a stroll through the village or walking in the area. Well situated for day trips to larger towns in the north of Castilla y Leon, like Aguilar de Campoo, Lake Aguilar for a swim or to the Picos de Europa. Ricardo, the host, was lovely. We ate lunch at his restaurant in the hotel on both days we were there. Only 14euro for two courses of the best food we've eaten in Spain.
