Overall just a brilliant stay! & will definitely be going back! - Apartment was plenty spacious for the 3 of us plus all our golf gear - Awesome outdoor terrace/balcony with BBQ looking out over the 5th hole on San Roque Old Course (I think it was the 5th!) - Owner/host (Ciaran) & local agent (Pauline) couldn't do enough to help while we were there. Always a call or message away - Underground parking really handy - Great location for golfing in Sotogrande

Depends what you are after. Having had a terrible holiday one year in an overcrowded hotel where the pool was rammed full of people, the beach even worse and even the dining area was chaos, this place is the complete opposite, calm, spacious, modern, and clean. You need a car to head down into town, but it’s only a short trip depending on where you are going. The pool doesn’t look much on the website but is clean, a nice temperature and was pretty deserted.

Charming old house in the old center of San Roque, equipped with everything you need, also for a long stay. A very convenient location for trips to Gibraltar or Ceuta and other interesting places nearby. Very kind hosts, they helped us a lot with all kind of tips, they even checked the local weather forecast before our trip to Ceuta. Federico, thank you so much again.

The host was nice and tried to help with everything. The rooms are very basic, there are no glasses to even drink water. We asked the host if he could give us some and he was kind to do so. The treatment of personnel is nice, yet the hotel is pretty shabby. Ok for 1 night overnight on the way.

Very peaceful and picturesque location on the San roque club golf course. The hosts were available within normal working hours and also after hours to attend to any situation.

Location was perfect. Walking to Hotel Mim where friends were staying. Studio was cozy and well appointed. Space was well allocated. Bright & cheery and quiet
