A perfect stay — everything exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We were lucky to have a room with the most incredible, breathtaking view of the bay — truly unforgettable. The breakfasts and dinners were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food for every taste, and the wine was excellent. The payment system is very convenient, and the sunbeds are comfortable, offering a stunning view and easy access to the sea on foot. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort. We appreciated the great soundproofing, the relaxed atmosphere, and the fact that the guests were all respectful and pleasant. It’s a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. There was entertainment every evening, and even daytime activities and animation, although we missed some of them because we were often exploring the island. The only thing we found slightly missing was some music or a small after-show party/disco in the evenings, but we understand this may be due to local regulations. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for giving us the best vacation we’ve ever had!

Really nice room, nice design, with a small terrace. The host was also really nice and helpful and gave us also a lot of recommendations. Check in was contactless and went smoothly. In the common aerea their is coffee and tea provided for free which we really appreciated.

    Sant Elm is lovely. Quiet, classy location. We went at the end of April for 5 days, and it was perfect. My boyfriend had just walked the GR221 and we met at Sant Elm for a few days R&R at the end.

    There is not a better place to visit - if you want a low-tourist, high chill environment. The sea is incredible with easy access to public beaches. The restaurants & locals are just lovely. It is a place I’ll return to over & over!

    Lovely traditional old Spanish fishing village with hotels, shops and restaurants to suit most people. Beautiful beach and clear water. Small Town located at the foot of the mountains, you can walk everywhere very easily, and along the coast a little way too to smaller coves.

    Small place but gorgeous. Due to it's smaller size and not that many massive hotels, it's not overcrowded. Obviously, since it's smaller, you need to come here to relax or do outdoorsy activities.

    It is a small coastal town that is good for hiking in the surrounding area. It has a lovely cove beach with lots of water sports available. There area plenty of cafes and restaurants there as well as shops for food, clothes and gifts.

    Sant Elm is an adorable small village.

    Sant Elm is an adorable small village. There is one Main Street in the village with restaurants, shops and two mini markets. For bigger supermarkets, you have to drive around 25 minutes. The village is best accessible by car. The village contains one main beach, but by car you can also reach other beautiful beaches. For the mornings there are a few coffee and breakfast places, for dinner there is more variety. Everything is walking distance and it's very clean. The village was also quite and relaxing, especially beginning of May. The natural park (island) is close to the village, which I didn't do myself but seems an amazing activity to do when you stay in Sant Elm.

    This is an easy going ,comfortable, appartement with a very spacious terrace and outside dining area. In the warmer weather you would live outside. The Kitchen is very well appointed and easy to use. You need your own transport and there is dedicated parking. We stayed in mid February, the off season, so a lot of Sant Elmo was closed, especially after sunset. With a car you can get to excellent supermarkets and bars/restaurants about 10 minutes drive away. Its a lovely place and great walking from the town. The beachs looked lovely.

    The photos do not do this property and location justice. It's absolutely fantastic in the most beautiful part of Mallorca. We got 5 star service for not a 5 star price. The staff and facilities are amazing. It's so clean and the breakfast wow it was definitely the best breakfast I've had at any hotel, the choice and care in preparation and presentation are outstanding. So close to beach and other great restaurants in the location. I easily recommend to others and hope we can return again in the future.

    I have stayed several times at this particular Puntblanc Residence & their customer services team is very friendly and helpful! The view is spectacular & the entry/exit to the water is very convenient. Sant Elm is a great village and I look forward to returning!
