We had a wonderfull stay in Villa Ginebra.
We had a wonderfull stay in Villa Ginebra. The house was very clean. The interieur is very cozy and the house has everything around you need for a holiday home. The location is just perfect for lovely trips to the beach, Ibiza town, the airport and San Josep. There is a supermarket just around the corner. The hotel is a stone's throw from the glorious Las Salinas Beach, making this one of the best features of the hotel. There are only a handful of rooms; where the 'superior' ones have a Juilet balcony to allow more light, compared to the 'standard' rooms. Otherwise, the size and proportions are similar. Location was fabulous, a short stroll into the quaint village of Sant Josep where you’ll find great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and quirky shops. The villa has a great pool and everything you could ask for, a real home from home. We had a very comfortable stay…didn’t want to leave! We loved the outside space, pool and the view was amazing! The villa was really well equipped and had everything we needed. It was the very end of the main tourist season in Ibiza so restaurants and shops, etc. we’re closing up until next year but we didn’t mind that as we wanted a quiet and chilled time at the villa. Totally agree with the previous reviewer, you definitely need a car for this location. It’s got lovely beaches nearby (one accessed by the hotel opposite is more of a cove, Cala Vadella is the best sandy beach and Cali Molí is not far to walk but pebbly/rocky). The kitchen was very well equipped. The jacuzzi bath with seas views was excellent! The villa was in a quiet and peaceful area, but only a short drive away from Playa d'en Bossa and Old Ibiza Town.
