    Santa Cristina d'Aro is where my hotel was located, and it is a 10 minute drive to Platja d'Aro. Platja d'Aro is a great beach/ resort town for families, couples and even solo travelers. It's very easy to get around, to find parking, and to be "right in the center of things". The town has many restaurants and shops on the main street, the side streets, and the beach front boardwalk. It's a safe, friendly, upbeat vibe. I was only in town during daytime, and it was lively and fun. I can't comment on night time, but assume it's a blast at night. I traveled to about 12 towns/ cities on my 30-day trip and this was my favorite area. I probably only experienced 10% of what this area has to offer, and I was very happy.

    Good stay only to sleep, and relax at the hotel. Good pool view & golf site. Good breakfast. But about the amenities for me is so poor, being 4* hotel. We arrived without towels, amenities you only have the body soap, shampoo, body cream, hand soap its like fixed, & they don’t have hair blower in the room, you need to ask all at the reception.

    The view was beautiful. The staff were attentive. The food was really good. The spa was lovely. The walks in the national park behind were breathtaking taking - highly recommend the ‘Monclar’ route, 10k loop from the hotel. The setting of the hotel itself was beautiful, and the pool area was a great space to enjoy this from. Definitely recommend paying that bit more for a balcony view of the mountains - breathtaking!

    Very comfortable amd clean mobile home (for 2 person) - big bed, big shower and beautiful terrace with outdoor sofa. Mobile homes are surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. They were willing to exchange our mobile home, which was firstly next to restaurant and children playground to more quiet location - very grateful for that. Always took us and our baggage from and to the parking place by a golf car.

    I lost my phone on my way to the hotel.. Pau and Mariona in reception were AMAZING and helped me with contacting home and helping me get by.. Genuinely happy with my stay. Spotlessly clean. Really nice, uncrowded pool. Good breakfast.
