It was an absolute privilege to stay here. We had a wonderful welcome to this beautiful, immaculately clean establishment. Our room was at the top with port windows so we had a good view. It was spacious, with an excellent mattress and linen. The bathroom was large, and there is plenty of luggage and storage area. There are two common dining and lounge areas. Close to supermarkets, train station and town centre. Loved it. Luxury after some basic Camino accommodation.

The apartment was very clean & well appointed, the owners even left tea, coffee, milk & biscuits for us to use & also oil, salt & pepper. This was great for us as we were travelling by motorbike & so had limited space to carry these things. There was free garage parking under the apartment block which was excellent. The location was perfect for us, easy walk to metro to get into heart of city or to the beach which we did one day.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed in on route to Ireland from Bilbao. Very easy entry system all explained on video. Near lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could possibly want. Very modern, beautiful bathroom and comfortable good quality furniture. Even supplied earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. I highly recommend this apartment and the contact with Maria, the owner, was really good and efficient. Parking arranged just around the corner. I wish I had more time to spend there. Rob

The room was comfortable and clean. Auto check in went really well and fast. Metro station is 250 metres from the pension. You can easily reach city center from there (one-way ticket is 1.4euro), around 35 minutes. Free parking Puerto pesquero is 250 metres from pension. If you have time you can walk to flying bridge about 2km walking.

Amazing value for money, we are very grateful to have found this spot, as we are on a budget and it was much nicer than staying at a hostel. Beds were comfortable and the owner met us with keys and showed us around. Kitchen has everything you could want, and the shower had hot water. We love cats so it was great for us.

Small town within reach easily of the ferry about 11 minutes to ferry from hotel. Friendly helpful people rooms very clean and warm. This part of Spain is very Green lots of trees reminds me of Wales and also buildings are French oriented some like in ski resorts very lovely countryside.

We only stayed for the night as we were on a road trip, but it was a pleasant discovery. Nice town, great food. We enjoyed the architecture and the nice atmosphere in the city center. Very lively in the streets, coffee places and restaurants, even if it was in the middle of the winter.

I was not a fan of the location where the hotel was.

I was not a fan of the location where the hotel was. It was not Santurce and not really anywhere definate. Nice looking hotel but needs some work on it. Loos as if it might be struggling to keep going. Because of the noise problem after a lot of asking- they eventually gave us a different room on a different floor. The lady at the desk was lovely but she said she was not able to contact the manager at the weekend and she had no one to turn to with our complaint of no sleep. She changed our rooms but we had to stay out of the hotel until after 3pm when the new room would be ready. She removed the car parking charge when we left as a nice gesture. parking was free on the roads on Sundays anyway but it was a nice gesture. A better room and a good nicghts sleep on the first night would have been preferable. Had a wonder 28 days travelling in home stays and variety of hotels and villas around France and Spain. This was the most disappointing. Will not return.

Room was spacious, with all the amenities provided. It was the first time we stayed in a hotel with our little dog and we felt very welcomed. They had a little dog care package in the room, ie bowl for water, pads and some canned food just in case you need them! We felt this extra touch was very nice. Parking was a bonus, as when you come by car you always worry about where to leave it safely and we didn't have to worry at all.

Great value little hotel just 2 mins walk from Santsurtzi metro station. Ideal for taking the ferry the next morning. Its around 5 - 10 mins taxi drive to get there. Javier the host was very responsive providing clear instructions on how to get in. Towels and shower lotion were provided and the room was cosy and clean. A great nights stay, would definitely recommend.

Our room was on floor 5 with a balcony & harbour view. This floor also includes reception, with most rooms on lower floors. Garage on floor 3 is ideal as street parking is very limited. Restaurant and bar on floor 4 had great food and view over harbour. Access to the ferry port was easy and only some 5 km. Hotel was very clean and our room was well appointed.

Hotel for one night. Everything is there, clean. Breakfast is minimal, but sufficient. It is located right at the metro station. The first receptionist was strict, and in the morning the other receptionist was friendly, his attitude gave me a great start to the day
