The booking process was quick and easy and the price was very good. It was easy to find and it had good facilities. It was also within walking distance to shops and a petrol station for further needs. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Would use again, and recommend to friends and family. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom especially the shower was a nice size. Good water pressure. It was nice to be able to park at the hotel and not have to drag our luggage several blocks.

The staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food at the cafe was very affordable and nice - a great value for money! It's also very close to public transport - both train and buses - which helped us a lot as we did a fair bit of touring into central Madrid. Alcala de henares itself is also a very lovely town with a lot to see, and its town centre is just one stop away from La Garena station which is only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. If I'm in the area again, I'd definitely consider staying here. Highly recommended!

The hotel was easy to find, there was free secure outside parking or a small charge for underground parking. Check in was straightforward and quick. The bedroom was clean , spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel had a restaurant, we took the short walk into a very pleasant and historic town with a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. All the staff were very professional and friendly.

Very clean, very modern and above all very quiet at night. We loved it here. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were lovely and it's all within short walk of old-town Alcala. Would definitely stay here again
