The hotel was a real palace and surprised us at every turn! We were in the room of Jaume I the conqueror who is a direct great grandfather of my husband so it was so exciting, and we had a veritable suite of rooms for family "parties"!

The hostess, Johanna, the location and breakfast were all outstanding! Johanna was super helpful, gave us great suggestions on places to eat and has a super personality! It is a 10 minute walk through scenic farm land to the beautiful town of Peratallada.

    The place was easily walkable and a good bade for visiting surrounding villages such as Pals and Begur. It was difficult ultimately to find restaurants open for dinner as there seem to be mostly bars and cafes. We did find a very good restaurant, Carman.

    This property is beyond expectations.

    This property is beyond expectations. The grounds are exquisite, the hotel was beautiful and calm. We had a magical view of the Castle on the hill. Breakfast was wonderful. The spa is a nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfy beds. I wish we didn't have to leave. Only 10 minutes to the beach.

    The hotel has amazing views over the golf courses. There is plenty of opportunities to go for a walk around the hotel, and the hotel is pet friendly in case you want to bring your pooch. They even had a dog bed installed for us, which was a great gesture! The balcony is nice to chill day and night. The employees at the bar were very friendly.

    We had 2 rooms connected to each other. It's great for a family with children. The aqua park is huge. Lots of fun for children. Short walk to the beach. Also, we were staying in a hotel and there was a deep swing pool outdoors and a Jacuzzi in it the indoor swimming pool.
