Magnificent and magical at once, it is one of the most exquisite hotels I have been to. A maze of secret gardens, courtyards and terraces, this Parador never ceases to surprise its guests. Scent of jasmine fills the air and in the evenings, beautiful sounds of Spanish guitar accompany you for dinner, as the surprising tastes of local cuisine slowly unfold.
