Go south to see the magnificent sea, there is a magnificent 20 km Rantaraitti road by the sea. You can walk, run and cycle there. The road is illuminated and really safe to move around, because the richest residents of Finland live next to the road. For example, the directors of listed companies with their families and residents of embassies. I have also lived there myself. We stayed in Espoo for one night,then stayed four in Helsinki. It was the best way of enjoying the snow (being Irish it is a novelty )and enjoying the peaceful forest surrounding the hotel. It was a great start to our christmas break before going into the city. It was magical and I did a morning hike around the grounds of the hotel.
