Although we didn’t see the auroras, the night sky and dawn were magnificent! Check-in and out were self-help and fuss free with clear instructions. Igloo was small as expected, but enough for us to open up two luggages(: The shared cottage was very well equipped and super cosy! The hosts were also very kind in preparing a sumptuous breakfast box, on top of all the snacks, drinks and supplies provided.

The private sauna is definitely an added value. It felt amazing after a long journey. The location is perfect if you have to catch a plane in Rovaniemi, in less than 20 minutes we were at the airport. The host was very nice, he came over in the morning to say hi. Highly recommended for couples.

Everything. I was pleasantly surprised. We had calm and peace away from the racket. The whole concept was to my liking. We stayed in chalets 21 and 22. Both were warm and clean, with parking spaces right in front of them. I had a pleasant sleep. The resort's restaurant is exceptionally good, right in front of the river. We had Finnish glocki and a very tasty buffet dinner. A gentleman served us. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and polite. I wish I had asked him his name. The breakfast was lovely, too.

The support from the guest relations was exceptional. Our flight was delayed and we missed a day stay in the hotel and could had missed the activities that we had planned. We emailed the hotel and got an immediate reply and our activities were rebooked without any hassled. Our room was all ready for us when we checked in the following day. They also prepared a to go breakfast as we have an early morning activity as well as when we left early for the airport.

This is for my kids ad me - a dream place. Everything there is dreamy, from every magic place of our soul. Yes - extreemly expensive, but i guess its a "once in a lifetime". This place is a dream come true, and i just love Santa, we all do!
