It's not the most historically picturesque of the many competing seaside locations in the south of France but that probably makes it a little less crowded and it is very pleasant with attractive bays offering a lively port, pretty beaches and places to explore plus all the usual shopping and eating facilities. It is a great place if you want a relaxing, seaside holiday. Very good food, lots of beautiful beaches, lovely boutiques and fun water sports. Easy access to similar villages such as Le Castellet, Cassis and Sanary sur mer which are worth a visit. Very clean place and good street signage. There are lovely beaches, it has a lively nightlife and good selection of stalls at the evening market. There are a wide variety of popular restaurants. Very pleasant seaside town with lots of bars and restaurants, beaches, boat trips, paddle boarding, etc. Local wines are excellent, market was busy and interesting. Much nicer than we had expected. Nice-sized lounge, leading on to a courtyard where there's an outdoor shower - with hot water. A real plus. There's an indoor shower room too. of course. Two decent-sized bedrooms. Everything recently refurbished, so comfortable and functional. Richard was a very helpful host, right on time for key pick-up and return.
