Host Annie was extremely welcoming, she provided water, tea, coffee and milk. Told us of local place to eat. Provided a wonderful breakfast. Home was warm and comfortable with free parking close by . A wonderful stay.

Extremely nice owner , very caring and helpful! The place is the best place to relax , a small quiet paradise with a beautiful garden full of trees and flowers, far from noisy roads. The room was so cozy and very very clean. The outside spa is marvellous!

    The cottage was very well equipped for longer stays (we only did an overnight stop). The sun deck has lovely views over the river - which made it a great chilling space to sit and enjoy the odd drink! The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep (which is rare!) The TV had Netflix which was a bonus! The host, Oliver, speaks excellent English and gave us some good tips on where to walk the dog and where to eat out. He brought us an excellent breakfast which included some yummy freshly baked croissants and bread. We had 4 overnight stops on our way back from the Algarve and this was by way the best! Highly recommended and we are sure to go back!

    The property was lovely - exceptionally clean, very spacious with good decor. It also had a pretty garden leading to the river bank. The hostess was very gracious and charming and provided a great breakfast. The river area was very pretty. We only stayed one night on our way to Ile de Re so didn’t get much chance to look around. There isn’t a lot in the village and if you’re there on a Sunday, as we were, there is only one restaurant open which did look good but we weren’t after a 3 course dinner. The suite has a well equipped kitchenette so if we’d have planned a bit more,we could easily have cooked for ourselves
