Everything was good. Bed very comfortable. The room is not a bad size. Breakfast was very good. Great transport link to city centre. Staff were good. A little bit more training would help. But overall, it was a very good experience.

Good location, 20 mins from city centre and 5 mins from supermarket. The pool was lovely and a god send in the heat. No air con but fans in each of the bedrooms. Only negatives were that the beds weren’t that comfortable, no shower screen so had to sit in the bath to was with the shower head and no toaster. However, really friendly owners and great value for money!

    A very nice apartment with excellent facilities, and ideal...

    A very nice apartment with excellent facilities, and ideal for a couple or lone traveller. Located in a pleasant neighbourhood, and close to some local stores. Nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk with frequent services to the main rail station (less than 10 minutes journey time) and to the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay- Bordeaux is a beautiful city and there is much for the visitor to enjoy. Fabrice is a friendly and helpful host, and his excellent English made communication very easy.

    The accommodation standard was what one would expect from the Ibis brand. The staff were friendly and the breakfast enjoyable, with reasonable choices on offer. The room was of good size and ticked all the boxes. We'd definitely stay again. The city was accessible via bus/tram rather than using our car which was left in the hotel's free parking lot.

    A/C is strong and cold. Tiny kitchen is handy. Breakfast is basic but fine - even had a local sweet specialty. Parking is on the hotel grounds. Bordeaux is a 15-minute drive - very convenient. The hotel’s immediate surroundings aren’t scenic.
