This was a lovely place to stay, in the heart of the countryside, with a resident dog, cats, donkeys and horses. We were given a warm welcome and offered a tasty meal. Our room had exposed beams.

    This hotel couldn’t be in a better location, plunging you back in time to this stunning historical village and with all the modern comforts to make your stay extremely pleasant. My young boys loved exploring the cobbled streets and the incredible majestic castle, walking along the river and just enjoying the peace and tranquility. It is a perfect spot to base yourself for visiting local places of interest and I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay.
