Our stay was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The upgrade to a room with a bathtub as a thoughtful gesture for the spa being closed was a delightful surprise. The staff, consistently friendly and helpful, made us feel welcomed and valued. Our dog was also accommodated wonderfully, which added to our comfort and ease. The valet service was the epitome of efficiency, making our car handling seamless and worry-free. Even though we didn't buy breakfast we could use some of the facilities and enjoy a coffee, also we filled our flask with hot water. We bought meals we could microwave and we were able to do that in the evening and eat them in the reception area. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Very near the city centre

    The hotel was so clean and tidy and my husband and I were very comfortable. The pool was so lovely to swim in and I was so grateful for the pool as I have arthritis and need to swim as much as possible. The breakfast was excellent as well. Such a lovely choice of things to eat and enjoy. Our dinner on one of the nights was very tasty as well.

    Nice staff. This is a road hotel, the room was a bit stuffy, it also had a bunk bed, I don't know why, which made moving in it nearly impossible. Comfortable bed and clean.
