The residence offers excellent value for money. It has been recently renovated, so the furniture is new, modern, and functional. The room I was assigned was incredibly bright and airy, despite overlooking the walls of the Cannes castle. The reception staff is available 24/7 and was always exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. As a solo traveler, I never felt alone thanks to their warm and attentive service. The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from several public and private beaches, yet far enough from the city chaos to ensure peace and relaxation. Many thanks again to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable and stress-free.

We liked everything! How the staff contacted us before hand and asked what we needed. We wanted extra pillows and a list of nice restaurants. They were all just what we wanted and we chose one that was just excellent. Rooms were wery well equipped, clean and quiet. Staff and owners were very attentive and friendly. Location eas superb near the station and in the old town shopping areas, but still in a quiet corner. We will certainly be back and recommend to friends.

    The whole city felt safe and very clean.

    The whole city felt safe and very clean. The walk along the Coisette was very enjoyable with plenty of seats to sit and watch the world go by. Visits to both of the Islands is a must. Self catering is easy with supermarkets and fruit and veg markets close at hand. The train station is within easy walking distance and a day trip to Ventimiglia in Italy is recommended. The police presence in Cannes was very reassuring.

    An extreme place - a bit unreal for the average person but a must see. Wealth there is astonishing. Immense range of restaurant options. Full of beautiful places, yachts, cars and people. Would recommend to go at least once. Very similar to Monte Carlo

    Mostly disappointed with pollution!

    Mostly disappointed with pollution! Smoking is allowed everywhere. Worst ever on all my trips! Beaches are pretty dirty! And the seawater is very dirty. I did not expect this! Very disappointing this time. I'll never go back. There are many prettier places for a real vacation and rest!

    Cannes is very beautiful for those who like small towns.

    Cannes is very beautiful for those who like small towns. It has everything you need, all the luxury stores and normal stores. The beach, if you like to walk around like me. The clubs, the shopping malls are very friendly, at least with me. When I came with my friend , we stayed in an apartment, so it's much cheaper if you share with friends. This time I came alone with my kid to met my fiends that live on here. When I come alone, the best is to be at the hotel, is the safest.

    It depends what you are seaching for.

    It depends what you are seaching for. High life, rich nicht life, partying, a lot of posh, glamour, expensive cars - definitely for you. But also nice place to stay for a couple of days as it good commuted and quite in the center of Riviera. Generally worth to come!

    Apartment is amazing. It was the best apartment in all the 2 weeks trip we did in the south of France. Extremly confortable with 2 rooms, 2 WC's, 1 fully equiped kitchen, washing and drying machines, recently renovated and very well decorated. Location is also great. It's in front of the train station and in the area full of restaurants and entertainment. It also has several supermarkets and stores around. It also has a market every morning in front of the apartment. You can literally walk everywhere in Nice from the apartment.

    First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing! You are surrounded by all the important sights of Cannes: the port, the promenade, the theater, restaurants and shops. Second, the staff is fantastic! Everyone is kind and always ready to help. This year we came not once, but twice to the same hotel, we liked it so much!

    This hotel was in the best location, just 5 minutes away from everything you need to see in Cannes. My friend and I arrived a couple hours early but the staff were so lovely and let us store our baggage, and were overall very friendly. The bathroom was nice and updated which was also a nice touch.
