If you choose this particular home you will be overwhelmed...

If you choose this particular home you will be overwhelmed with the vaule, comfort and kindness you will receive. Not many places offer free parking, breakfast and a host that is just over the top awesome. This is the first time I have found such a clean, inviting and safe location in paris. There are many choices in paris but they all come with some sort of compromise. This location checks all the boxes for a perfect few nights.

Accommodation was very basic.

Accommodation was very basic. Beds were uncomfortable and some slats were broken or came out when you sat on edge of bed. Doors didn’t latch closed properly. Bedrooms were very cramped with very little space around beds. Limited power points as well. Toilet very small and door lock difficult to operate. Unsure what the metal hanging brackets in toilet were for but they hurt if you knocked into them getting up off toilet. Should be removed from walls. Door catch on deck to keep open the front door was broken. Deck not properly fixed to house. House shook when people moved around house. Extra support under house would be useful to make it sturdier. Accommodated didn’t have a kettle or toaster. Did read other reviews before arriving and thankfully brought a cheap kettle with us. Found information on toilet door of what we were supposed to do upon leaving accommodation… throw away bottom bed sheets? Wash down all floors and walls? When we questioned Reception Staff about this they laughed at us. Very unprofessional. Taking all sheets off the beds for washing as we were checking out… found mattresses had long term mould on them. Disgusting and made us feel sick thinking that our kids had been sleeping on them. Mentioned this to Reception Staff who simply replied ‘oh’. Ended up checking out early and thank goodness we did. Would not recommend this site. We travelled into the centre of Paris the day we arrived as were early and couldn’t get into accommodation. Had to take a bus to RVR train station, train and then metro to get to the Eiffel Tower. Bit of a mission. Driving to Disneyland Paris took only 27 minutes which is the only saving grace for this accommodation.

The check-in process was slow and the shower didn't drain...

The check-in process was slow and the shower didn't drain well. Beside that the cabin/trailer was clean and comfortable and worked well for us for two nights. Proximity and ease of access to Paris make it a good place to stay.

The 3 staff at the reception that we had the most interaction with provided excellent customer service, they were very helpful and always ready to assist. Did not get their names but both gentlemen and the lady were very professional. There was always some at the desk no matter what time, we would return back to the hotel very late but they were always accommodating. Access to tram and train within walking distance.

It was clean & tidy. The bus station is at the end of the drive so easy to get about. Staff were friendly and helpful even those who spoke limited English. Shower was good &powerful. The seperate toilet was a bonus too. As a family of 2 adults & 3 kids we wanted to be altogether rather than seperate hotel rooms so this suited us for 2 nights.

It was great value for the money. We were 4 friends just looking for a nice place to stay after all day walking in the Paris centre. The staff was really helpful and the room was clean and cosy. The hotel included also parking place. The city cente was around d 45 minutes by the train.
