I like the location, ambience and friendliness of the staff. There are a number of good restaurants and stores around the hotel which is located also near a train station. The lobby and the private room at the ground floor evoke coziness and nostalgia with its vintage decor and furniture. The staff are very welcoming.

Honestly, after reading all the reviews I was very hesitant, but I had a lovely stay. Clean white linen and towels, a beautiful garden to cool off in after a hot summer day and friendly helpful reception. I stayed for 3 nights, in a double room. The location is also great, it was 20min walk to the Palais des Congrès with beautiful gardens and Brasseries on the way. There are many affordable restaurants in the area and a shop 2min walk for milk, tea and fresh Baguettes. Just ask for a kettle reception (there isn't one in the room), they book it out for you and you just return it at checkout. Hôtel Résidence Champerret will definitely see me again!

Hôtel D’Anjou is an excellent property to stay in, the staff are nice and friendly. The cleaner comes in everyday to clean the room, gives extra towels and toilet rolls. The location is superb and very safe with lots of amenities around it, cafes, supermarkets, bars and some attractions too. It is also few minutes walk to Louise Michael train station. You can practically spend your whole day in the area, sightseeing, dinning and wining, and do a bit of shopping. There’s also a lift in the property that can take three people at a time.

The neighborhood was really nice and quiet and clean. The room was simple and calm and very clean.The metro station was really close to the hotel.The personal at the reception was kind and helpful. It was really great value for money. Hakim working at the reception was really nice and welcoming.

    The airport taxi driver charged me €100, when it was posted all over the airport that it should.be around €65 only, the meter was on but the driver could not speak English, and I was too tired to argue after a 15 hour flight, so i just paid so as not to ruin my vacation

    It was 1 of a few area's that claimed to be wheelchair...

    It was 1 of a few area's that claimed to be wheelchair friendly and actually was , unlike many others . As a loan woman I felt safe in the area , which had local market shops , pharmacy and many different varieties of restaurants and bars all within a short walk away .The only improvement that I felt could be made was a dishcloth in the room for guests to wash up and the floor area could of been cleaner ( it wasn't a problem just an observation) . I highly recommend Au Cadran Bleu , just 2 streets away , fantastic food served after 6pm until late every day lovely cocktails ( the bar is open in the day just not the kitchen ) the staff have a great sense of humour.. There is a pharmacy and convenience shop very close by on the main road

    nothing i like the staff and the room was very small and dirty no cleaning once in a week the room cleaning , there is no toilet paper extra in the toilet and the breakfast is very bad no hygienic all the food items was opened not covered by the lids. Waste of money. Please please please don't stay in that apartment. all the bedbugs in their beds and pillow.....ukhhhhh

    Really nice restaurants in the area with great vibe on the streets at night. We found a wonderful shopping centre a few blocks from the hotel and shopped up a storm! Generally lovely area and very easy metro ride to the centre of Paris.

    DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! No internet during my 5 days stay have to find a place to work with time difference it was very difficult! Customer service way below poor. “We don’t know when wi-fi will be fixed but since is free there is nothing we can do”. With the same argument I’m lucky the “free water and electricity worked” otherwise I should not complain since in their eyes is “free”. Breakfast was delivered to the room in a tray, prison style, while we were not there, total invasion of privacy! For sure you won’t get anything close to the pictures in their site. As matter of fact I’ll bet those rooms in pictures do not exist in their facility.

    This is scam.

    This is scam. This hotel has nothing to do with the 4 stars Mercury hotel chain. There is no reception desc (one chair and small table), no bar, no restaurant, nothing. There is no parking as it stated in description. The hotel is small and dirty. Rooms are twice smaller than described on Booking. There is no way to regulate the hitting temperature in the rooms, you should strugle from hot or cold. The size of the lobby is 40 sq. m. (they serve breackfast in the same place).

    I travel for one day (2 nights) for Paris marathon. based on 3 star hotel i didnt expect much, as i was only looking for a place to sleep but i found very cozy nice hotel, very helpfull receptionists (day and night) nice small restaurant for breakfast which started early for runners on Sunday morning. room were small as shown in photos, by exceptinally clean. i enjoyed my time and highly recomend this place for all business travels and short stays. there are lots of good restaurants around, and easy access to metro

    The breakfast was a small buffet with all the essentials that you want to see in a french hotel. Croissants, pain au Chocolate, some pancakes, eggs, bacon... All very good and tasty. :-)
