Atmosphere and staff! Amazing staff - staff are so polite and friendly, interact with guests and very personable! I did notice some guests were quite difficult and rude at times to the bar staff and one guest asked for a manager, which was unfair as the guests were unreasonable! I just want to let you know I travelled with my husband and child and what makes the experience was how amazing your staff are, you truly have a great team of staff! 10 stars for customer service and hospitality!

Everything was amazing. The apartement is wery clean, spacious, very well equipped and the owner is extremly kind and helpfull. The location is great, wery close to the bus stop that goes directly to the Disney park. Also, there is a great dvd collection of Disney movies for kids to enjoy. Hopefully we will be back soon!

We stayed at a hotel with a shuttle to Disneyland. It was so convenient to get to the parks and to Paris on the RER. Paris center city was about 45 min away. Disney Village was good but very small compared to Disney Springs in Florida. For shopping and more food options, go to Val D'Europe. It's only one train stop away from Disneyland.

Fabulous apartment.

Fabulous apartment. Fully equipped with everything we needed.ideal location for Disneyland. Slight difficulty with check in procedure on-line. Confusion ( partly due to language barrier) on how to access the accommodation Area around apartment - bit rundown ,lacking amenities.

Great Hotel, fantastic facilities for kids, Room was great and had another little room with bunk beds for the kids. Loved everything about it. Only downfall was the shuttle to Disney which took 5 times to actually get on but has nothing to do with the Hotel. Would definitely stay here again

Overall stay was good.

Overall stay was good. Only thing to mention is that the fans provided in each room made so much noise that we had to turn them off to fall asleep. The bathroom shower was separated by a glass that was not helpful to avoid the water to drip all over the bathroom floor. Rest everything was good.

The hotel is a lot cheaper than those in the park area and you have a regular though crowded ( in the morning) shuttle bus. The rooms are of a good size with comfy beds and a fridge (though ours didn't work very well!). Breakfast is varied and good with plenty of tables. Evening meal very expensive (like most places in the park area). Free sweets and water in reception area.

We had a wonderful stay with family. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the food was great. We truly enjoyed our visit while exploring Paris and Disneyland. The shuttle service to and from the parks was prompt and convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The house is brand new and spotlessly clean, which made our stay very pleasant. The kitchen is truly well equipped and stocked with every utensil and item you could possibly need, even if you’re cooking for a large group. The private parking space for two cars is extremely convenient, especially if you’re traveling with family or friends. The location is also very practical: it’s perfect whether you plan to visit Disneyland or explore this area of France, as it is well connected to the main highways.

The continental breakfast is great plenty of choice the bacon is good in the cooked section some reviews complain about the cooked breakfast they should remember it’s France and cooked breakfast isn’t really a big thing there but it’s fine and you certainly won’t go hungry

The location of the hotel was superb with a shuttle to Disney- couldn't have been easier. There is even a pretty accurate TV screen near the pickup point that tells you how far out the next shuttle is. Parking was very easy and the pool was great for the kiddos.

Other than first lady at check in, other staff members were very friendly. Nice gardens and farm around the hotel to visit. Very convenient to Disneyland Paris. Although shuttle buses were busy, which was to be expected.
