The castle was so personal ,we could have moved in !
The castle was so personal ,we could have moved in ! The light coloured stone as apposed to grey in Normandy. Trying to have a meal was very difficult, sometimes the pizza place was open ,same with the bakery, " exceptional closing " . Staff issues still cause problems due to Covid . Nathalie was the kindest host with lots of advice. We are cycling in a heatwave so the pool felt wonderful. The room was fairly cool, clean and the bed super comfy. The town itself was beautiful with an impressive castle, but most of the restaurants were closed including the one Nathalie recommended. Very warmly welcomed on our arrival and our hosts were delightful. The room was spacious and so pretty and had all we needed. Excellent restaurant recommendation.
