Sarah's personality was the best thing about her. She looked after the house with great care. She kept a perfect distance from us, neither too close nor too far. We also walked around the neighborhood, and really liked the town of Pliailly.

Beautiful, new, clean hotel. Excellent service. Jangle shuttle busses are a big plus point. Close to the CDG airport. Ample space in the room. A very nice inside Waterpark with swimming pools and ice skating rink next to the hotel. I recommend spending a day there. I highly recommend this beautiful, big hotel.

Pleasant, relaxing stay in a historic and grand old chateau. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make the stay pleasurable, and patiently spoke English. Breakfast was a delight! EV charging station right in front of of the chateau, and it was perfectly safe to leave the car there while it charged. Be sure to try La Creperie just steps from the chateau for easy meals.

    The hotel is very nice, and kids friendly. Staff at the reception are welcoming, and the rooms are good size for family and clean. It was really hot at the time, and they provided fans. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Long Balcony. Some of the Asterix characters show up in the morning to take pictures, so very nice for the kids. The breakfast is pricey but has a lot of choice. You get early access to the park.

    Host Sarah is lovely. She was very helpful with recommendations. Homemade juice & jam at breakfast was delicious and a nice touch! Very convenient location for getting to airport the following morning. Comfy beds and nice hot shower. So much better then staying at a chain hotel at the airport. Highly recommend.
