The rooms are so quaint and pretty and for the theme of the town. The hotel itself is beautiful and I loved having to climb a turret to get to the rooms. The staff were so helpful and nice. Always smiling and remember your name which was just a little personal touch. The little bar is a great place to relax after walking around all day or exploring the wineries.

La Maison Bleue offers a lot of character in the heart of Riquewihr. Whilst centrally located, the house is on a quiet road, walking distance from the main high street and very close to a lovely bakery. We really enjoyed our stay there. It also offers a nice terrace on the back. Whilst we didn't use this, it would be ideal for a morning breakfast.

This is a very charming old town, very colourful and historical, in the midst of the Alsace vineyards. A stay of 2-3 days is enough to take in the local history, the delightful shops and the surrounding countryside.

This is one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages...

This is one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages in the Alsace wine region. It can be busy during the day at peak season as it is on the Wine Route and gets a lot of day visitors. Staying here means that you get to experience it in the mornings and evenings when it is generally fairly quiet and you can really enjoy the surroundings and the handful of local restaurants and cafes. For us, that was one of the best reasons to stay here. It is also a great location for days out around the region, to Basle in Switzerland (40 minutes by car) and also across the Rhine into Germany (30-40 minutes by car) being fairly central. From the UK, it is easy and fairly quick to get to with Eurostar into Strasbourg or cheap flights to Basle Airport then local transport.

Riquewihr is the most beautiful village - it has chocolate box beauty. However, despite it's beauty, a couple of days is long enough to spend here, as you can see the whole village in a couple of hours and potentially visit the surrounding area in a day.

The restaurant staff were especially helpful and offered suggestions for local wines and touring. Also helpful with picking a wine for dinner at the Sequoia restaurant. Breakfast was great. We had a lovely balcony with a view and very quiet room. Parking easy. Lovely town to stay in and nice to be just on the edge of town. They supplied slippers and bathrobes and extra towels if you went to the pool(we didn’t). We highly recommend!

One of my favorite villages in France!

One of my favorite villages in France! Easily walkable and gorgeous views. Great restaurants and street vendors, beautiful architecture, & friendly locals. Highly recommend burgers, tarte flambée, and drinks at Le Grognard. We also enjoyed a tasting at Dopff Winery.

This hotel is located perfectly right in the center of the little town, which makes it easy to access shops and restaurants. The super friendly staff made me feel very welcome and it felt a lot more personal than a big hotel. The super cozy and beautiful characteristics of the hotel makes it feel a bit like a little fairytale. I loved it!

Lovely hotel just 5 mins walk from the village centre. The hotel is clean and well presented with friendly staff. There was no restaurant available but the recommendations for places to eat in the village was spot on. We ate at the Caveau de Rois which we can highly recommend. Breakfast was a good continental offering.

This is an excellent Hotel in every regard. Great location with easy parking. Great breakfast with a good selection of options. We dinned in for all of the four nights we stayed because the food and service were great. Comfortable bedroom Very friendly and professional staff. Spa, pool and gym.

Spacious attic apartment with plenty of character. Excellently located for exploring Riquewihr, tasting wines and taking advantage of early and late strolls when the day visitors have left. Great bakery nearby for breakfast croissants, kugelhopf and bread.
