The apartment has almost 360 degrees unobstructed view and a double exposure since it has 2 balconies. This allows you to have sun during the best hours of the day! The place is sparkling clean, that leaves you with the feel of brightness and lightness. Absolutely great location and transportation accessibility. You can walk to Menton, you can hike along the litoral, hike or take a bus and then descend the medieval villages around. We even hiked to Monaco. Stunning views, clean, quiet, beautiful beaches, lovely old castle village with amazing restaurants. Lots of vertical walks/hikes. Many public transportation options, train & bus to Monaco, Nice, Menton. Loved the area very much. Italian restaurant on the beach near the train station is very good! Great place walking distance to menton, train station 8 minute walk, where you can get all down the coast very easily. Excellent restaurants and cafes. If you like walking there is a coastal walk to monaco takes about 2 hours. Worth doing stunning views.Guest review byFerdinandoFrance

My single room was basic and small but clean and functional. The girls at the reception were really nice. Breakfasts were great, served in lovely garden house. The location is amazing, just across the street there is a beach, you can walk to Menton or around the Cape Martin. It is very close to the train station and just few stops from Monaco.
