IBIS never fails but this was definitely one of the best. We parked at the hotel - worth it and very comfortable to simply go up the lift and you're in the hotel. There, we were greeted with a warm welcome from a very friendly receptionist. He was also very helpful in offering some wise tips on going around and visiting the city. Room was super - clean, comfortable, with all the requirements and toiletry supplies. Bathroom was spacious and comfortable to use. WIFI excellent. Breakfast is plentiful and abundant with ham, cheese, bread, cereals, eggs, fresh fruit and a good selection of tea/coffee. Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful city of Rouen. Definitely cannot complain. Whenever we chose IBIS/Mercure hotel, we were satisfied with overall experience. Would definitely keep this trend ;)

Loved the eclectic style, lovely sitting area downstairs, great lunches, good breakfast, super friendly staff, the courtyard was so nice to sit in even though it was cool, we enjoyed a glass of wine out there. great location. We would absolutely stay there again!!
