It is a peaceful location with countryside views all around. There is a bakery just a few minutes walk away. The accommodation is clean and everything worked. The village is quiet and not immediately close to tourist attractions. Le Mont St Michel is not far, and the west coast of the Cherbourg peninsular is very nice with good beaches and countryside. The location of Saint-Quentin-sur-le-Homme is ideal for exploring the south Cotentin peninsula and west of Normandy. We found the Hotel le Gue du Holme in 2022, and would return again. We didn't have time to explore the rest of the small town. Easy to find with good signage from the motorway. We love visiting the Abbaye La Lucerne. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! The staff was attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was delightful. The location was spot on, conveniently situated and easy to access to Mont Saint Michel. The menus provided good choices, and all food was carefully cooked and beautifully presented. Madame, who was front of house was an excellent host. I believe her husband was the chef.
