Rooms were very spacious, with a fan in each room, good blinds, beds were comfy. Lots of clean fresh towels and bed linen, pillows. Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils. Tram T9 was across the road, shop and bakery close by aswell as burger king and chicken time. Accessible for Uber pickup to go Disneyland or the Eiffel tower 🗼. And most importantly it was safe for me and my family, Thank you.

Overall the hotel is alright but make sure you take a few euros with you to pay property tax. Liked · The room was nice and had a good Air Conditioner since it was a new build room it look very modern and nice The bed was somewhat comfortable but not as comfortable as you think at home but you get what u pay for but for the price i payed for it was fine Disliked · The property did charge me property tax which i was not informed or even known about staff members just say its written in small print that i have to pay property tax as soon as i arrive for check in to my room which i did find absurd the room is a very small room the bathroom is bigger than the room itself which was really odd but then again you get what you pay for All i found was absurd that they demanded property tax which could have just been included on the online price instead of charging me there at the hotel

Overall a very nice apartment / house to stay in a quiet residential area of Paris vitry sur seine. Has all the facilities you would expect. The kitchen had all the utensils so we could make breakfast or heat some grocery food. Plus I enjoyed the balcony in one of the bedroom. That was a great idea. Also you are less than 10 mn from the amenities with shops, restaurants, cafes etc. So this was a bonus.

The hotel was quite good overall. Considering the price, I think it was a great value. The staff were very friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The only things we missed were a kettle and a hairdryer—neither was available in the room. Also, the location is a bit far from the center of Paris, so you need to spend quite some time commuting. But apart from that, everything was very good!

The accomodation is located near the Vitry-sur-Seine trainstation (10min) walk from where you can take the C-line to the city centre of Paris. The accomodation is perfect when you are attending an event at Le Kilowat (25min walk). There are 2 comfortable beds and the couch can be transformed into a 3rd bed.

The studio has everything you might need even for a long stay. The hotel is located close to the RER station: half an hour - and you are in the Louvre. Nearby is a supermarket, a good bakery. The friendly and caring attitude of Max also made a very pleasant impression.
