It was located in an amazing place. Elegant and peaceful looking. Nothing fancy but everything was great. As a former Mercure staff, I wasn’t very much into booking any of the Mercure brand but I’m glad that I booked it. 😇 I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (F&B) for an amazing service with a lovely smile. Thank you for tolerating my requests every single time. 😅❤️ and shout out to Laila (my apologies if I said the wrong name) from Reception. Loved staying here, the decor was wonderful and the place was well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay and it was a welcome reprieve from being on the road travelling. It is also located in some beautiful Kent countryside.

I arrived very late due to a delayed flight but a solution was found so I could still check in, although it was after midnight. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Too bad it was only for one night.

Good restaurant and bar food, good room service, lovely room with a very comfy bed, we didn't want to get out of in the morning. For our evening meal, our Waiter, Joshy was fabulous as was the food. And all staff. My partner had a couple of elemis treatments on the second day, which she said was good value for money, while I used the spa facilities. You can use the spa even after you check out at 11.

    Staff on reception were exceptional, apologies names escape me (French Lady and a Gentleman). Both extremely helpful and pleasant and very efficient as an exodus of folk arrived which they dealt with impressively and swiftly. Hotel was well presented and location is awesome for Brands Hatch. Thanks again to reception and bar staff for making it a very pleasant stay.

    Incredibly quiet location, down the road from the village of Ash. Comfortable and spacious, nice mix of modern and rustic, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space to stretch out. Reasonable value for money for this party of Kent.

    A great base to explore Canterbury and the coast by car. Quiet and clean and comfortable, the house has everything that’s needed for self-catering - full kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom, and separate sitting room.
