All the staff are just so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The venue really has a family feel to it. The rooms are just lovely. The food is fantastic.

So clean and well presented. Ian the manager was so welcoming. We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was so delicious!! View from window was breathtaking! Very comfortable bed.

This a beautiful place to stay. it is situated on a farm but has it's own privacy and stunning views. attention to detail is stunning with even a bath big enough for two and yes we put it to the test 😂🤭 We have stayed again since and not for the last time I'm sure.

Great location and fab decor... with parking and also dog-friendly! Couldn't be a better location for the town and the seafront and the funicular railway. And the park right there to walk the dog. Can't recommend highly enough.

    Didn’t spend much time in Ayton but the area looked lovely...

    Didn’t spend much time in Ayton but the area looked lovely and it was very quiet and peaceful where we were staying. Everyone we met was really friendly. Some nice local pubs and fish and chip shops in very easy reach of our property. Not too far to travel to Scarborough seafront we also went to Bridlington, Whitby, Pickering, Haworth and Esholt so many beautiful places and so much more we didn’t have time to fit in. Already planning our next trip.
