Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host is extremely responsive and instructions given were very straightforward. Great attention to detail throughout the accommodation and lovely thoughtful items/products provided for guests. Lovely location in Banstead and fantastic to have onsite parking. Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is fast. The staff are very helpful. If you are driving in London, then it's a great location. They have parking onsite with lots of space. This hotel is near a commercial center with quite a few options of restaurants, within a walking distance (only 5mins walking). It's not far to East Croydon Station (about 8 mins by taxi), and from there you can take one of the express trains and be in the city center quite quickly.

Quiet and stunning views with very friendly and helpful staff who were all a pleasure to speak too. Excellent value. Two very nice pubs with excellent food very close by and fantastic views of London’s skyline a short walk away. Will definitely book again.
