From the time we were checked in by Georgia at reception we experienced nothing but excellent service. She was very welcoming, friendly, efficient and helpful. We booked the accessible room and the facilities were really good. The little stair lift made it easy to get to reception with a wheelie walker, the room and bathroom were warm, comfortable, very spacious and easy to navigate for someone with mobility problems. All the hospitality staff made dinner and breakfast in the restaurant a great experience. They were friendly, quietly efficient and our food and drinks were served very quickly. The views out to the ocean from the dining area and bar/ sitting room are beautiful and added to the enjoyment of delicious, well cooked and beautifully presented meals. The tasteful Christmas decorations added to the lovely atmosphere. The property is easy to find and very conveniently located to access the town and coastal walks. On site parking was a bonus. Our whole experience at the Beach House was far above our expectations and we would definitely recommend staying there. Wish we could have been there longer !

Grew up,on holidays,since age 10. Just love area & all surrounding areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THE COURTYARD,SEAHOUSES IS A MUST. Thai mussels 100%. Excellent seafood retail store ( carry on past Courtyard ,turn left.Very fresh & excellent service. Try local beers, FARNE ISLAND pint.

We have stayed in The Craster Arms many times and it is our 'go to' Hotel in what is our favourite area in the UK. The hotel is always spotless, the rooms are lovely and big for our dogs, and the food is great too. The outside Beer Garden is fantastic and there is always a great atmosphere; especially when they have live music on

The location is perfect for visiting local sights and Beadnell is a charming village. Our room was comfortable and warm and we were able to park the car right outside. The cafe on site serves very good food and the staff are really friendly.

Lovely modern room, beadnell towers is a gorgeous place where we have been coming for years, the food is 10/10 always. The added extras of noble isle throughout the hotel smells incredible, just a really lovely place.
