To enter the Cnoc hotel was to take a step back into the history. The attention to details and care with which the young couple of owners refurbished the hotel make it a unique and charming building and experience. The building is really beautiful.

Nice rooms, nice restaurant. Very close to Loch Ness area and attractions. Parking place with enough places. What I like the most is that you can travel with your dog. Being in the hotel you feel like sleeping in the castle. There are wonderful details making this place special.

Cosy little cottage that felt like home. The host was amazing, leaving us with a beautiful care package on arrival. Our dog was also in heaven with the amazingly large garden to run around in. Would highly recommend a stay here if you want to spend sometime in the central highlands with easy access to all areas.

The room was very clean and tidy. The host Morag was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with everything we needed. The location is great, close to the grocery store and petrol station.     Beauly is a great base as there are a lot of surrounding areas to explore . The town itself has lots of great eateries including deli on the square a bakery and 3 takeaways, around the area are some beauty spots and stunning walks, farm shops etc

    Easy to get to if no car. Hourly bus service from Inverness.

    Easy to get to if no car. Hourly bus service from Inverness. Also a less frequent train service. Two local taxi services operate in Beauly area. There are quite a few places to walk (country and riverside walks). Lovely priory to visit. Kilmorack Gallery a few miles outside Beauly also worth a visit. Several eating places and cafes. Recommend The Priory Hotel, The Friary chipper and Corner On The Square gourmet eatery and deli.

    Beauly is a lovely village well situated to visit west coast, Loch Ness and other parts of the Highlands. Good food at reasonable prices at the local Hotels and good quality food available in the Shops. Less than 2 miles from nearest Golf Course and several good walks in the vicinity.

    We were just passing through on our way to the very top so...

    We were just passing through on our way to the very top so it was a fleeing visit. Stayed in a fantastic b&b just outside of Beauly. Went into the town in the evening for a meal in the local hotel. A lovely wee town and warrants a return visit to see more of the place and use more of the local ameneties.

    The superior bedroom was very big with a very comfortable king size bed. The shower room looked newly decorated and was scrupulously clean. The breakfast had a very good selection of food and was tasty.

    The Downright Gabbler is to be highly recommended.

    The Downright Gabbler is to be highly recommended. The Old School Shop has an eclectic selection and lovely friendly staff. The Shimla Restaurant (Indian) though very tired decor, the service and food were good. Not a great deal of choice for dine in evening meals in Beauly that we could find, other travellers may know better .....

    Beautiful hotel with a „touch” , nice and clean room we had a twin room . Loved the decor so fitting to the surroundings. Excellent evening meal of fish , and very nice breakfast. The feeling of the place is good energy , quiet and comfortable beds . Definitely recommend and will stay again . Nice welcome

    The lock box and off street parking provided excellent access to the property. Also the town of Beauly was very beautiful and there was an awesome river walk and on the Thursday night we saw the music, highland dancers and the pipe band.

    This is an immaculate property, centrally located in Beauly. It was perfect for our break and had all of the items you'd need for a comfortable stay. Parking right outside the door was handy. Owner was really friendly and welcoming.
