Beautiful room with airco and exceptional bathroom. Dinner was great and so was the breakfast. The upgrade we got helped a little, but I'm sure even the regular rooms are great.

Beautiful location! Only a couple minutes from Bakewell but so calm and peaceful. We had the best view of all the cows outside our room and the restaurant was great. I would definitely recommend this place as the perfect location in the peak district- close enough to town and for all the hiking you could want!

Tonight we stayed at The Grouse & Claret and we've enjoyed our stay. The place is lovely and the interior design is well curated and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean and silent. We've had a problem with a car tyre and we received a huge help. Brad helped us during the night and Tom this morning. Tom has treated us in a wonderful way, remaining by our side during all the phone calls to find a solution and he sent us to the right place to solve the problem. It was like having my dad with me abroad Thank you so much for everything, we hope to come back soon!

    Have a walk round the village .

    Have a walk round the village . Some hiking routes starting at top of the village. Very close to Chatsworth House . Matlock, Baslow and Bakewell not far away . Peak District offers so many things for a traveller looking for a relaxing weekend or a longer holiday. Stayed in Beeley Arms a few times the food is first class and sells some good quality beers and wines.
