Fantastic stay, what a find. Rooms were extremely comfortable and of a very high standard... Excellent value for money with breakfast included. Food was out of this world and the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff was second to none. Will be back.

We enjoyed the country setting, the grounds, the breakfast, the history and most of all the effort put in by the host. Our room was lovely, with lots of little touches and style. Breakfast was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend a visit.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at The Granary in advance of our wedding. The property was perfect for our needs and was a very useful base to help us prepare for the big day. The hosts in particular were very warm and welcoming, and were there for us should there have been the need for any additional help. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Loved absolutely everything about this cottage, from the quirky art to the many treats provided. The garden is such a special space… enjoyed our breakfast with pink sheep overlooking. We decided to spend more time enjoying the cottage as it was beautiful and comfortable at the same time!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fabulous Stay at The Crown, Bildeston! We stayed at The Crown while attending a birthday party nearby and had such a brilliant experience. Before heading out, we enjoyed their burger and wine deal – £15 each for a tasty, well-cooked burger and a lovely glass of wine. We sat out in the garden, which was a real highlight – peaceful, well-kept, and the perfect spot to relax in the evening sun. After the party, we returned for a few more glasses of wine – the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Our room was full of character, super comfortable, and spotlessly clean. In the morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast – everything freshly cooked, high quality, and really hit the spot. The Crown is a real hidden gem in a charming village. Great food, lovely staff, and a beautiful garden – we’ll definitely be coming back!

    Perfect for us as it's just up the road from where we live.

    Perfect for us as it's just up the road from where we live. We love the food - menu changes with the availability of produce from their gardens. The staff are efficient yet friendly. One of our favourite local hotels.

    We all loved the Bildeston Crown.

    We all loved the Bildeston Crown. The Inn was beautiful and filled with charm. The food and service were outstanding. The staff was wonderful and made us all feel at home. Every staff member was gracious and kind and made our stay perfect. We all look forward to returning to the Inn one day.

    Sleepy little village with a cute market square and clock...

    Sleepy little village with a cute market square and clock tower, and a beautiful Church at the top of the hill. Very close proximity to Wattisham Airfield, which is perfect if you are visiting there for a track day. I would recommend the 'Bildeston Crown' pub for dinner and the 'King's Head' for great beers/wines and chats with the owners and staff who are very friendly!

    Pubs were lovely - The Crown has a fairly posh restaurant, tasty and great service; The Kings doesn't do cooked food, but offers charcuterie boards with goodies from Lavenham butchers. Big Londis shop.
