There are only 2 buildings in Binegar.
There are only 2 buildings in Binegar. The Mendip and a JCB shop. It is about 5 miles from anywhere. It is a good spot for visiting nearby towns. Comfortable and cozy small room. Good tea tray and breakfast bag. Quick check in and easy parking. Room hot and noisy due to limited internal sound proofing. Binegar was just part of the address, not sure if it is a...
Binegar was just part of the address, not sure if it is a nearby village. The nearest town is Shepton Mallet, which is an interesting historic town, but sadly after trekking all the way uphill to where the Tourist Information was signposted, we found it had closed down! Also, it was Wednesday, which apparently means a lot of things are closed and the town was rather deserted. A better place to visit is the nearby small city of Wells, which has a marvellous cathedral and fine historic quarter, plenty of cafes and some interesting shops. Unless you particularly want to visit, avoid the area around Wookey Hole, especially during school holidays!Guest review bygillianrcUnited Kingdom
