the location, it was next to a river which was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were warm and very clean and comfortable with a nice hot shower The restaurant menu had a a lot of choice and the food was excellent.

Tranquil location between the Cathedral city of Exeter and " Art Garfunkel's, Bridge over troubled Water, the River Exe, at Bickleigh village. Ideal location for exploring the West country and it's coast! Super helpful, welcoming, hosts, beautifully presented, very comfortable, spotlessly clean accommodation. Some lovely unexpected extras, for drinks, cooking and toiletries. Perfect self catering with a private patio, for a couple or single person. A real gem 💎 There is nothing not to enjoy!

    Lovely, quiet, rural area.

    Lovely, quiet, rural area. Some great walks, including Cadbury Castle (Hill fort). Worth the stroll, the views are stunning, and the hill fort remarkable (look out for the Dragon!). Cadbury is easy to commute to Tiverton and other larger towns.
