Staff very attentive, helpful and friendly (Pablo) Beds very comfortable 2x pillows makes sitting up in bed much nicer too. Plenty of table space and seating, so if you wanted to eat in your room, it is practical. Great location, peaceful road, but right in the center near all shops, bars, clubs etc. Breakfast was comfortable, well organised and well stocked.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I had a fall, not on Ibis premises but on Lidls. The staff rang 999 and started to clean my head up where I had an "egg" that was also bleeding. The staff couldn't have been kinder.
