It was ideal for us, visiting family in the St Leonard’s area of Exeter. Nothing fancy, but warm, clean and comfortable- just what we needed. Quiet residential area with its own parking spot right outside the door. Good sized rooms and plenty of space for a family of four. The ‘balcony’ is just a set of double doors with a balcony rail outside- you can’t actually sit on it!
