Elisabeth is a wonderful host and we spent 5 nights in the green room. The room is small but comfortable and it is larger then you think after seen the pictures. The private bathroom is large and good. Elisabeth serves a deliicat breakfast with several alternatives. After 5 nights we were so well taken care of that we regret we had to leave.

A wonderful experience right in the countryside of N.Ireland in a beautiful and comfortable home. There are great views of Lough Neagh and it is very close to Belfast International airport, Aldegrove. The owner is so warm and welcoming and helpful. I recommend to all!

Very clean and very comfortable cottage. The bed was large enough and comfortable. We slept very well what was not the case at other places we stayed before. Location is great, close to the int’l airport (12 min) but very quiet. The owners are very friendly and helpful which was much appreciated. Plenty private parking. We couldn’t enjoy the breakfast as we had to leave early but other guests told us it was very good.

    Crumlin is a small village not too far from Belfast near the beautiful lake. The lake area is a great attraction and offers lots for people in general but also for families with children. Great playgrounds and nature around. In Crumlin we have been to the 3 Amigos Deli. Brilliant people. We arrived 5 minutes before closing time and they made us delicious burritos with no problem. And we were not rushed at all, very friendly and good taste of the food.

    The Rocks B&B was an excellent experience for our one-night stay. A very warm welcome from Cathy and Noel. Our room was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Tea and coffee tray with fresh milk. The shower room was perfect and lovely toiletries were provided. Breakfast was booked in advance and offered a range of choices. Very tasty and served with smiles. This is an accommodation that we can highly recommend and plan to use at future trips to Northern Ireland.

    Very helpful owners who managed the booking for 12 of us in a range of rooms. All were spacious, comfortable and well equipped- far more than a mid-range hotel. The bathrooms were modern- ours had both a large walk in shower and standalone bath. The location is 30 mins max from Belfast, and was perfect for a nearby wedding venue. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.

    The breakfast was excellent. Elizabeth used local, fresh food where possible and made her own dishes, resulting in a lovely, tasty breakfast. The location was also a big plus. Only a short distance from the airport yet quiet and peaceful. Close to Antrim and Crumlin. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and would stay there again.

    The hotel was superb- we had a family room which included board games and everything we could need. Caroline was an excellent host and prepared an excellent breakfast beyond our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean. Perfect!
