This was the best place to be when snowed in. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a good continental one with plenty of food. Lovely room and comfy bed. So happy we got stuck here.

The host is the sweetest person ever. The place has a beautiful view in a peaceful environment. If it wasn’t for the road behind the property (although the rooms are on the other side so we didn’t hear a single car during the night), it would feel just like being in a fairytale. The room was extremely clean and tidy, with all the comforts, and if something was missing, the host satisfied any of our requests. Breakfast was heavenly good, with GLUTEN FREE substitutes. Something that doesn’t happen very often. We are traveling with our dog, which was more than welcome to stay, another plus that made us decide to come here. Overall a 5 star experience. I feel bad we have to leave after only one night.

The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. The hotel room was excellent and well-appointed, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind. I would like to give a special mention to Paul, who was a fantastic member of the staff and provided exceptional service during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Pale Hall for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience."

Great place to stay! Very spacious, we had 7 people and never felt like we were in each others way. Bedrooms were all great and would be lovely to sit on the patio if it were sunny. 10 minutes away from the little town of Bala which had plenty of shops, pubs and food to grab. Close to other locations and sights and within walking distance of a few lovely views. Top stay!
