We are an outdoors couple, in our early 60s, with a 3yr old airedale terrier and who love walking every day, so Darnick is perfect for us. A comfortable 20-30min stroll along a cycle/footpath takes you right into Melrose with all its shops, pubs, cafes and history. It is also perfect for walking in the amazing countryside around the river Tweed and the Eildon hills, with numerous waymarked trails of varying distances and times.Guest review byWilliamUnited Kingdom
