The room was spacious and cosy, the bed was large ans comfortable. It was nice to have a table & chairs in the room. Lovely location - far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, but a short car drive away from everything you might need. The grounds are doned with amenities to enjoy the outside, whether it is eating, having a drink, or reading a book.

The landlady welcomed us very nicely, despite arriving late in the evening, she gave us a lot of interesting information about the place, the surroundings and the country in general. Breakfast! Breakfast was great, she really went out of her way to make us the best possible B&B experience. The house is beautiful and is in the Highlands countryside, roosters wake you up and when you look out the window, you see greenery all around and a small lake in front. Loch Ness is only 5 minutes away.

The location was beautiful and one of the few places right on the water at Loch Ness. Our room was amazing with a walkout door to a patio overlooking the water. John, our host, was very helpful and friendly. Everything exceeded expectations.

It was a very peaceful location.. right on Loch Ness! The accommodation was clean & tidy.. the little extras such as milk in the fridge, tea cakes & a rose (it was Valentine’s Day) were lovely little touches.

The house is located next to the Loch Ness and there is nothing around except the alpagas which makes it a really quiet place. John and Fiona are lovely people who made our stay even more pleasant
