The room was great. It was comfortable, bigger than we expected, and beautiful. The location was great as well. The staff were really kind and helpful. We had a great time staying at this hotel specially after our hike. Would love to stay there again someday.

The room was very nice; very clean and tastefully designed. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant attached and I had a very nice lunch. The shower was easy to work; the "bay" window had a large area to put bags etc out of the way and the bed itself was very comfortable.

Fabulous breakfast and evening meal. Veggie burger was very nice. Very friendly and amenable staff. Good to have top ups to tea and coffee on the landing. Very close to our grand daughter's student accommodation which was a bonus. Quite area but not far to walk to bustling street with restaurants etc and also the botanic gardens. Free onsite parking.
