The room was spacious and very comfortable. The blinds gave surprisingly good shade in the room. The windows were soundproof and you could not hear planes or traffic. 2 pillows to choose from in different softness. Extra toiletries (brush, comb, razors etc) possible to pick up at reception for free. Staff helpful and smiling. Air conditioning with heating option available in the room.

The food on the sat was terrible and and the breakfast on Sunday a disgrace. No milk...there was only one lift working and so slow. The shower was in a bath so unable to use as disabled and not like this on pictures. The hotel was shabby. Bins not emptied in and around hotel

Hotel staff were very friendly. The card reader in our room was broken, but this was quickly rectified by staff and we had a new room. Great views, and good bar. Outside the hotel looks a bit run down but the interior makes up for this. Renovations are currently happening with some facilities, which we discovered when there. We were quite disappointed with the meal we had, however we were only there for one night on our way to Fort William. Good hotel if you are travelling North.

Excellent location as our family who we were visiting were a 4 minute walk. Great transport available just a short walk to get buses to Glasgow city centre the airport and to the Whiskey brewery just over the Erskine bridge.

Great location, relatively quiet too. The interior reminds me of a hotel abroad, lots of gold and marble floors throughout. Breakfast is £8 if booked ahead, £15 on the day. Continental is buffet style, cooked is by order.
