We ate ate at the pub during our three day stay, one of the bonuses was the outdoor space. There was a large outdoor area for eating and drinking directly outside the pub and a much larger area at the bottom of their garden which overlooked a very picturesque valley. Overly priced - underwhelming. staff at dinner not very attentive. Staff at check in who showed room were not overly helpful when I told them I hadn’t got the room I had paid for. Finally after some shrugging and discussion “they can have this room” we were moved. Not really much difference so not worthy any extra money. Sat with our empty dinner plates for at least 45 minutes after we had finished. We’re not asked about dessert. Didn’t sIt any longer and left the table with our drinks to take up to our room. Not a great way to spend my birthday. We spent the next night up in runnymed at a hotel with swimming pool for less money. Think this hotel is way overpriced. SorryGuest review bySandraFrance - 10.0
