The hotel was lovely, my room was comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast slot, beginning at 0830, was very civilised and relaxing!

It is a small very stylish hotel . Our room was very comfortable and and had lots of personal touches eg. the flask of milk for our morning tea , the tea cake . We had the MOST delicious meal at the hotel bar!! The young hotel staff were very welcoming in particular Anna who one can only describe as a service professional. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel .

The rooms were nice, good size, comfortable beds, working TV/kettle. Lots of room in the wardrobe. Staff were very friendly and food was very nice in the restruant downstairs and breakfast was included which was good.

    Cottage is excellent.Very clean and well equipped.Quality furniture and fittings.Coastal resorts like Cromer and Hunstanton within 30-40 mins reach,plus other tourist attractions.Selection of restaurants and gastro pubs in the area.Fulmodeston is a rural village with no facilities so you need to travel to nearby Fakenham for nearest town. We didn't see the owner Kim but she was available if required and is accessible by mobile phone. Nothing of any importance.to avoid Highly recommended.
